Three steps to becoming a Healthy, Well-thy and Wise person:
1. BELIEVE IN THE POWER OF THE POSSIBILITY.™
If you give yourself the option to change, you just might.

2. DON'T LET YOUR CIRCUMSTANCE DETERMINE YOUR DESTINY.™
Where you are from, who you have been doesn't have to dictate where you go and who you become.

3. BE GOOD FOR YOURSELF.®
When you are good for yourself, you and your life become an example of encouragement for your family, friends and countless others. Being good for yourself is about being whole and taking care of you or you won't be able to take care of others.

About Candi Meridith

The Traveling Health Educator™

Candi Meridith

Candi Meridith, MPH is a motivational speaker and public health educator. She has been in the fields of health education and public speaking for over 14 years. She has a Master of Public Health degree in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. A former teacher, Candi has a special place in her heart for the positive education of today’s youth. In 2005, she became an advocate for the needs of women and teen girls as the founder and CEO of her own organization, whose mission is inspiring and empowering the community towards positive change through education and support services.

Throughout her life, Candi has had the same experiences many face; feeling and thinking differently, awkward appearance, domestic violence in the home, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, and the list goes on. But fortunately, she allowed those not so great experiences to be building blocks, instead of road blocks. She has created a campaign encouraging victims and survivors to speak out against domestic violence. She is on the board of a suicide prevention organization. She speaks annually to various groups of teens, adults, seniors, and other community members throughout the United States. And she knows that having the conversation is the first step toward growing into a better person. She invites you to talk.
